TWC’s philosophy is: Nourish, Move, Connect. That is exactly what these workshops and workouts are built around. I took my own education and personal experiences and put it into tangible workshops that educate you on how to properly take care and nourish your body along with feel good workouts that are a mix of strength and mobility. A perfect pair for any wellness community.

Wellness Workshops

“Where do I even start?” is probably one of the top questions asked when starting on your health journey. That’s exactly what inspired TWC Wellness Workshops. I want to empower you and your community to make a lasting change on your health but in a fun and attainable way.

I cover all kinds of topics from gut health all the way to how you should be eating to recover in the gym. These workshops will always be based on my philosophy, “Nourish, Move, Connect” so you know I will always be taking a holistic approach to any topic. Many of the topics will include hands on demonstration (or even a workout), hand outs, and information they can start implementing that day! Move.

Get your community moving with these fun and challenging workouts! There are several different types of workouts we can cover depending on your community. The goal of these workouts are designed for your community to get out of their comfort zone and try something different. Also, you will notice that each workout incorporates a mixture of movements in order to balance out all aspects of fitness like strength, cardio, and mobility.

Classes offered:

Get Flexy Flow

If you’re a CrossFit Gym owner looking to help your athletes improve their recovery, this 30-45min yoga inspired flexibility routine may benefit and compliment their gym routine by stretching out sore muscles and taking the time to tune in with what’s going on with their body.

Each class can range from 30-45min depending on your preference, taking the time to cover each body group. We will open up the hips, lengthen the upper body, and learn how to breathe and let go of whatever is weighing us down.

HIIT + Stretch

Get your cardio fix along with a balance of resistance through body weight movements. This class is ideal for any community because it is a perfect pairing to challenge and move your body.

The class itself can range from 30min-1hr depending on your preference. We will get right into getting our heart rate going paired with muscle shaking strength movements followed by a cool down leaving you and your community empowered and refreshed.

Strengthen + Lengthen

If you are a yoga studio owner wanting your yogis to nail their next handstand or improve those chaturangas, adding in one of our strengthening classes may benefit your community!

This class specifically focuses on functional movements with bodyweight and optional light weights. We will cover upper, lower, and core movements to provide a full body strengthening experience. Each body group will be paired with lengthening movements to balance out the body and leave your community feeling strong and connected to their body.

In addition to the workouts available, there are also workshops discussing common trends and questions related to fitness. Yes, the physical aspect of working out is important but often times people just getting started on their health journey or even seasoned athletes need a little more education on how to optimize their fitness routine!
