Healthy Protein Balls: 5 New Recipes (V,GF, and Paleo Friendly)

Hello friends!

Today I am sharing with you five new protein balls recipes that I created over the past several weeks. These recipes were created for my fellow CrossFit friends at Crossfit Mentality because I wanted to bring something to the Open Workouts that would properly fuel us but also taste delicious! and I promise they are delicious because I have had several requests to share the recipe which is why I decided to share it will all of you as well because CrossFit or not, these protein balls can make a good preworkout or delicious snack for anyone! :)

Another reason I wanted to make these is because I am so sick of seeing protein bars in stores with crap ingredients that actually do more harm than good. The irony! You’ll see that these recipes are made with real whole foods, no mystery ingredients here. All of them are gluten free, vegan (if you don’t use the collagen or honey), and paleo (except for the peanut one). These recipes can be used exactly as they are or you can make simple tweaks to fit your lifestyle and taste buds. :)

Alright let’s get into it, shall we?!
